TOURS AROUND TO PUNO

1.-TOUR TO THE FLOATING ISLAND OF LOS UROS, ( HALF DAY TOUR )
In the morning is departure on boat highest sailing lake in the world; The Titicaca, to visit the floating island of the descendents of the UROS Indians, nowadays fifteen families organized in community, the floors of this floating island like their houses are renew periodically with spear leaves of a plant which grow in this area.

2.-TOUR TO THE NECRÓPOLIS OF SILLUSTANI ( HALF DAY TOUR ),
At the afternoon visit to the Necropolis of Sillustani, where you can see the enigmatic Chullpas; monuments where the Andeans dead were buried, one of them is the most interesting called Lagarto, because the wall has been carved with a figure of lizard.

3.-TOUR TO THE ISLANDS OF LOS UROS AND TAQUILE ( 1 or 2 DAYS OF TOUR )
DAY 1.-
Early morning departure on boat highest sailing lake in the world; The Titicaca, to visit the floating island of the descendents of the UROS Indians. Afterwards we continue sailing the lake to arrive in an island inhabited Taquilians community.

After arrive typical lunch and dinner in the afternoon OVER NIGHT, at home of a country people, rooms with toilet with out shower.

Day 2.- Return to Puno in the morning time to visit same interesting points. After lunch, board the boat and return to Puno.

4.- TOUR TO THE SUASI ISLAND ( 2 days / 1 night )
In the vastness of Lake Titicaca national reserve one of the most excepcional spots in the high Andeanplateau; Suasi Island, where we have a hotel surrounded by gardens; this cozy refuge is a peaceful natural viewpoint located over this private island that allows visitors to enjoy the lake´s authentic silence and its intense colors.
